    Hello: I was a resident of Nassau county for 38 years ad then moved upstate in 1999 to fulfill my husband’s lifelong dream of owing a small farm. My husband passed away last year and I am trying to move back to the island since all of my children live here. Can I apply for one of these homes and what is the price range? Sincerely, G

    is the price lower for upstairs unit…thank you………and is there a washer dryer upstairs..what is sq footage…on bottom level..and upper level….hoa fees and taxes pls……

    Prices for upstairs homes for Phase 1 start at 299k. All homes have their own washer and dryer. HOA fees are $344 month. Taxes for a upstairs home with STAR Exemption are approximately $6000. Downstairs with STAR are approximately $6400.

    Square footage of the downstairs home with a finished basements is approximately 2000 sq/ft
    Square footage of the upstairs home with a finished loft is approximately 1300 sq/ft

    Carol, prices start at $299k. Every home has it’s own washer and dryer. The square footage on a downstairs home with a finished basements is over 2k square feet, on a upstairs home with the finished loft is approximately 1300 square feet. HOA fees are $344 per month. Taxes on a downstairs home range from $6346-$6540 with S.T.A.R. Taxes on a upstairs home range from $5827-$6029 with S.T.A.R.     The answer to both of your questions is YES! We are a dog friendly community, and the homes do qualify for reverse mortgages.
